Course Description
Mastering the art of teaching isn’t just about delivering content—it’s about orchestrating an environment where students thrive and excel. In this course, participants will learn about the 8 classroom-level factors that have the biggest impact on student outcomes.
From structuring lessons effectively to teacher assessment, each factor is pivotal in nurturing academic growth and achievement. Participants will gain insights into the importance of orientating the students towards learning, the art of questioning to understand where students are in their learning, the power of modeling and application of learning within a purposefully designed positive learning environment, the strategic management of time, and the role of classroom assessment – both formative and summative – in promoting deeper learning and understanding for students in their journey to meet the intended outcomes.
